Fees and quotations
Fees shown on the fees page are our standard fees and are subject to VAT. Any figure we give you before seeing the property is an estimate. The binding terms are the ones in the management agreement you sign.
Rent and legal protection
Rent guarantee cover is provided by a third-party insurer. The summary on this site is a summary only; the policy wording and its eligibility criteria govern what is covered.
Reviews
Reviews submitted through this site are read by a member of staff before publication. We may decline to publish a review, or remove one, where it identifies a third party, contains anything unlawful, or cannot be tied to a real client relationship. We do not edit the wording of a published review.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email hello@kestrelproperty.co.uk and we will acknowledge it within three working days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can refer the matter to our redress scheme.
